1. Process Introduction
DAV-SBAF is an Upflow Biological Aerated Filter, which uses large-size natural pebbles as filler. The particle size range of pebbles is 25-50 mm, and the thickness of filler layer can reach 6m. The filler is solid and durable without wear and loss. Compared with the traditional biological aerated filter, it has the characteristics of simple operation, maintenance free, no backwashing equipment and small head loss. Its water loss is usually only 1/4 to 1/5 of the traditional biological aerated filter. At the same time, the water and gas distribution system of the traditional biological aerated filter is improved. DAV-Block is used to replace the filter head and filter plate of the traditional biological aerated filter, so as to make the water and gas distribution more uniform.
2. Core Technology
1) Influent Equal
Uniform water distribution can avoid the formation of short flow, which is necessary for ensuring the normal operation of the filter. Davco's Influent Equal technique can ensure that the influent is evenly distributed in the whole filter, avoid short flow and ensure that the effluent of the filter reaches the standard.
2) Sludge Flush
The inlet of the filter will carry impurities, which will gather at the bottom after long-term operation. Davco Sludge Flush technology can clean the inlet pipe and take away impurities.
3) Application:
It can be used for secondary treatment and advanced treatment. In the advanced treatment stage, DAV-SBAF can be used in combination with DAV-DDBF to further reduce effluent NH3-N, BOD and TN, effluent NH3-N≤0.5 mg/L and BOD≤4 mg/L, meeting the requirements of class IV effluent.
