1. Process Introduction
Based on the different nutritional types of denitrifying bacteria, denitrification can be classified into autotrophic denitrification and heterotrophic denitrification. The traditional denitrification filter realizes the denitrification function by adding carbon source, which belongs to the type of heterotrophic denitrification. Autotrophic denitrifying bacteria use inorganic carbon as carbon source, sulfur element or sulfur compound, Fe2+, H2 as electron donor, nitrate as electron acceptor, and use inorganic carbon (such as CO2 or HCO3-) to reduce nitrate-N to nitrogen.
DAV-SADF autotrophic denitrification filter adopts sulfur-containing iron composite as filter material for long-term denitrification users. With the help of rich practical engineering experience, it can build new sulfur autotrophic denitrification filter and transform the existing filter, limit denitrification, effluent nitrate-N can be close to zero, effluent SS≤5 mg/L, TP≤0.3 mg/L.
2. Core Technology
The composite denitrification filter media has the characteristics of fine denitrification performance, high mass transfer efficiency, strong microbial activity and strong shock load resistance.
